Un peu chaud, donc le Nord… A bit hot here, so the North…

​Semble que les journées chaudes, souvent me remènent à mes vieilles photos du Nord, ici c’était encore les premiers jours que je passais là-bas, l’émerveillement là bas est presque automatique. La photo est retravaillée, dépoussiérage mais surtout du travail avec des calques d’ajustement, contraste, exposition, filtre chaud mais appliqué avec un masque, il y aura probablement au moins un autre article avec quelques ajustements supplémentaires, et je mettrai la photo originale, mais pas maintenant, seulement la version retravaillée pour cette fois ci…

Seems that the hot days kind of take me back to those days, and photos taken when a long time ago I was going up North, 1983 was my first time I was going there, even if it was cold even if 24 daylight was already there, you cannot help but just feel so amazed by the barren landscape, the canadian High Artic is such a beautiful place. As for the photo, a bit of dedusting, these are old slides numerised and they do require lot of dust removing, on top of that did use some adjustments layer, probably more in a forthcoming post…
