La prochaine fois...The next time...

La prochaine vie, si cela existe et qu'on a le choix, je veux être un pigeon, résident de la  Place Saint-Marc à Venise, bien nourri,  je pourrais survoler Venise, y voir toutes sortes de choses, bien mieux qu'être un pigeon montréalais qui doit se cacher sous un pont ou un viaduc, ce qui est dangereux ici, étant donné l'état délabré des infrastructures, et je n'aurais pas à affronter l'hiver québécois, Venise en connaît un hiver mais pas aussi rigoureux...oui je voudrais être un pigeon, et j'imagine qu'un pigeon ne pense pas trop à ce qu'il devrait ou aurait à faire ce soir, demain ou plus tard....par contre je dois admettre que je n'aime pas trop les foules, hum cela pourrait être un problème, et parfois la bataille doit être assez rude pour profiter des touristes qui lancent de la nourriture, me connaissant je me tiendrais dans un coin reculé plus tranquille...finalement vaut peut-être mieux que je ne revienne pas en tant que pigeon, donc hum en quoi devrais revenir si c'est possible, pour le moment je vais me contenter de penser à préparer ce que je vais manger demain au travail, faire la vaisselle...ouais les pigeons finalement l'ont bien facile...la photo qui a inspiré mes élucubrations...

If ever we can come back in another life, this time I want to be a pigeon, of course not anywhere, but in Saint-Marc place in Venice....well fed, you can fly and look around the waterways and buildings, unlike the ones that are living under bridges and tunnels in Montreal, kind of dangerous, the infrastructures in Montreal are crumbling...and besides the Venitian winter is not as harsh as the Montreal winters...of course there is a drawback, I don't like large crowd, and I guess I would have to fight with other pigeons to get my share of what tourists are willing to buy and ditch all around, finally I would probably retreat to a more quiet place, so maybe It is not that good an idea for me, may as well keep minding my human business, preparing lunch, washing dishes and trying to figure out when i will be able to retire and have enough money....have to go to bed now, working early tomorrow...after all the Venitian pigeons have it pretty good...the photo that inspired these stupid thoughs...
