Pistage....Tracking....

Sous ce dôme se cache un pisteur ou mieux nommé radar, son but, et aussi celui de ces stations est de suivre les ballons météorologiques qui sont lancés en même temps tout autour du globe, ces ballons emportent une sonde qui permet de suivre le courant jet, ce qui permet aux météorologistes d'établir leurs prévisions, ça c'était en mai 1983, le printemps se pointait, il faisait au-dessus de -20...'spring break' à Eureka...:)

Under this strange dome, lay a radar who his sole purpose it to track weather balloons that are launch twice a day, all around the globe at the same time, these weather help tracking the jet stream, and by doing so, help meteorologists to prepare their forecast, me I was there just to look over the work that would be done next summer, it was May 1983, 'Spring Break' in Eureka...with a mild -20 Celsius...:)
