Une pomme par jour....One apple a day....

Une pomme par jour garde le docteur au loin, on me disait cela lorsque j'étais jeune, voilà bien longtemps, aujourd'hui j'ai troqué la pomme pour la peinture et le docteur pour sais pas trop pour quoi?, le malaise...enfin la peinture, même peu de temps, à peine une petite heure aujourd'hui garde au loin la sensation désagréable d'avoir passé à côté de ce que j'aime le plus faire, écrire mon article..en fait peindre, ce qui entraîne presqu'automatiquement  d'écrire un article, donc aujourd'hui, j'applique le principe de l'alternance, hier l'acrylique aujourd'hui l'huile et la Comtesse, qui revient faire son tour...

An apple a day keep the doctor away, or Microsoft...they used to tell us that when I was younger, the doctor not Microsoft...but these days I change the apple for the brushes, they don't keep the doctor away, but at least the bad feeling of not having done what is my passion...painting, even if like most nights these days, it is barely just an hour or less, it is enough to do the good work, on me as for the painting, I think it is good also...and on top of that I did go for a switch, sometimes, most of the time, switching mediums does bring something good, cannot explain it but I do feel it, so tonight the Comtesse is back
